My name is Sw3rV pronounced swerve. I am a independent artist. I got the name Sw3rV because when I was a kid I was one of the first one of my friends to get a car.  Thru the years the name stayed with me. Since I am not the first artist with this name I came up with unique way to spell it to distinguish myself and so that I have my own trademark. I grew up all over the place but mostly in Sacramento  Ca where I currently reside. I am passionate about a lot of things in life, creating music being one of the most important of those. My music is my very own flavor of Rap/HipHop/R&B with influences from Electronic, Dance, Roc Gospel among other genres. 

I've been recording for over a decade and I have hundreds of songs under my belt. Not always but I mostly make my own beats. I've shot six music videos which have views into the millions on social media as well as syndicated television.

Currently I am in a rebuilding phase. Through the years how people want to get there music and discover new artists has changed drastically. I am currently transitioning my business over to fit this modern day model more effectively.
A new album from me as well as videos to accompany it are well on the way. I plan on updating my blog on this site quite frequently with written and video posts to keep people  informed on my latest and greatest happening in my world planet Sw3rV.
