$ummer $pL@sh: TFG Opportunity & Strategy pt2 📖💸🤑

Alright, what’s going on, everybody? I hope you’re doing well. There’s a lot to discuss, so let’s get right into it. First, I want to follow up on the mycelium steaks I was raving about last week. If you went looking for them like I did, you would have found out that they are nowhere to be found. It turns out the company Meati is going through some restructuring and rebranding. This is not too unusual with brand new products in retail on a national scale. Retail in general is very complex and difficult, and perishable food has to be one of the most challenging categories. I’m really glad I was able to try the product before they disappeared from grocery store shelves. I will definitely keep tabs on the company in anticipation of their relaunch. I’m just so impressed with the product, it’s pretty much gold in my eyes. So much so that I would like to get involved with the company on some level. Perhaps in the marketing department. I believe that may be the only thing that they are missing. I know a winner when I see one. Or when I taste one, in this case. This is not just another meat substitute product. Most are underwhelming in taste, overpriced, and not even necessarily healthy. The issue you have in this category is that your core consumer base is a segment of the population that doesn’t eat meat in the first place. Many of whom, like myself, have lost the taste for it or never liked eating meat to begin with. So there has to be a really good reason to try your product. They didn’t do a good job of distinguishing themselves in this category. That’s why I didn’t try it until they were on sale clearanced out. This is not just another meat substitute product. This represents an evolutionary leap forward in the category. When a product actually surpasses the product it was meant to emulate in every conceivable way. In Shark Tank terms, they built a better mousetrap. All they really need to do is get the word out there. The potential is huge, and the time is now because mushrooms are really starting to have their moment in the spotlight as we begin to discover how truly amazing they really are. Vegans and vegetarians would be sold on how nutritionally fortified this product naturally is. This is not just healthy, it’s a superfood. Bodybuilders would eat this, bodybuilders should eat this while training. It’s a high-quality protein, with no fat and a substantial amount of fiber, and the cherry on top is that it cleans out your intestines and colon. I think everyone would agree that's better than getting a tapeworm. I believe regular meat eating folks would appreciate this product, as well, once they taste it, and because most people are generally concerned with their health. Addressing the climate issue that plagues us today.  Compared to other meat alternatives like soy. Soy agriculture is part of the problem. They’re chopping down the rainforest to grow soybeans to feed cattle. If you consider the amount of water it takes to raise cattle, we do not have the resources to continue at the current pace. Mycelium is an actual climate change solution, it’s game-changing and revolutionary on a global scale. This potentially ends world hunger. Imagine that being just a thing of the past. If you are actually concerned with immigration and not just a racist. This would temper the desperation and curb forced immigration. We can grow this meat in warehouses with minimal resources and effort, to use another Shark Tank term, that's their secret sauce. I don’t know whether they as a company have realized all of that yet. Sometimes it takes somebody from the outside looking in to point out things like that. Similar to how the McDonald brothers created the first few McDonald's restaurants. However, Ray Croc had the vision and is recognized as the founder.  A strong online and social media campaign with influencers would be effective marketing. As far as taste goes, that just speaks for itself. I would set up grills outside Whole Foods parking lots, at the fair, and at the beach, and just let people try it. If they like it, give them a digital coupon. From there, word of mouth will start to spread, I’ll think it’ll catch on. Distribution wise I believe a subscription model would maintain a more profitable but affordable price point. Similar to Factor would work well before going full scale retail. Hopefully they are able to reemerge successfully. When they do, I’m definitely a customer and possibly an investor. When it comes to investing, as we will discuss very soon is, you want to make your stake, no pun intended, in companies that you have a lot of interest and belief in. Anyhow, that's the update on that, so let's switch gears.

The CLar!ty Act

Let’s talk about the Clarity Act. They’re going to vote on it, but it doesn’t look like it’s going to pass this session. Although I want it to pass, the sooner the better. I can’t simply disregard the criticism of the current version of the bill. Due to the fact that scams and corruption are real concerns in the industry that must be addressed, or there won’t be an industry. It’s necessary legislation, it already passed with overwhelming bipartisan support in the House. It’d be an easy win for both sides, and it will boost the economy. So, we can reasonably assume that some version of that legislation will make it into law at some point in the near future. If you were paying attention to the markets this week, you know that they signaled that the entire Digital Sector would see a significant pump when it does pass. Some assets more than others, and if you’re doing your homework and paying attention, you already know which assets I’m referring to. Either way, this is a good example of how we can take advantage of publicly known knowledge of current events to earn money. This is an example of strategic investing. As we have discussed before, these types of scenarios and formulas can be applied to any tradable asset. This may be a better approach for some, at least for part of your savings. Instead of allowing it to sit in an account earning incremental interest or being managed in a fund that invests in very average, standard, basic, but reliable assets. The option exists to make managing it yourself a very promising and chill, low stress, occupation or enterprise, depending on how you may look at it. When we resume our commentary, we’re going to get into a clear, concise description of the opportunity we’ve been discussing recently, as well as an overview of short-, mid-, and long-term investment strategies, and much more.
