What’s going everybody out there in cyberspace and outer space.  I wanted to remind you that just because civilization is in decline that doesn’t mean that we have to be. We can defy gravity and rise despite living in a world in freefall. In my free time I’ve been working on getting my content creation business back rolling. Just like any business you have to start with a good foundation. So, I’ve been working on building up my infrastructure. A big part of that is getting my work area, my creative space, my room really in Zen. So that it induces good feelings of comfort within me and in turn I can be a good conduit for the positive cosmic energy that flows through our galaxy. I had to get all my furniture and equipment all in the right spots and at the right angles. Of course, you have to add pieces and upgrade equipment to keep up with the times. The centerpiece of any studio in this day and age is a high end computer.  Of course, I do have one that does the job but usually I really like to have two computers in the laboratory. One only for music and videos and another for surfing the internet, shopping, watching movies and doing everything else that I do. That way there’s less of a chance of losing some important files, or if one goes down your still in business. I’ll usually build them myself or I’ll purchase all the components and have a tech assemble it for me. You get more bang for your money that way. Fry’s electronics used to have a good program for this. You could just go there and buy all your components and for fifty dollars they would build your system for you. I had a pretty good setup with two machines for while I had a windows 7 machine that I built and a windows 10 machine that frys built for me. A little while before I moved my windows 7 computer which actually worked really well for me for about 10 years. It finally took a dump. Since then, I’ve been using my other machine for everything. You probably can see where this is headed it is time to build a new computer so I can have two once again. I need one that is more robust than anything I’ve ever owned in the past a real powerhouse definitely an I-9 for the CPU. Since frys electronics is no longer around I had to find another route. There’s a company I believe there out of Ohio where you can go on their website and configure your system and they will build it for you and send it to you. So, that is one of my current projects I’m working on. All these technical and operational things have to be taken care first, before you can even get to the creative aspects. You can’t rush creativity and magic. You have to setup just the right conditions so it can spontaneously occur. In the mean time while I am waiting for my new computer to arrive. I figure I’m going to need a new monitor, before I had both workstations hooked up to my 42 inch LG. One of reasons I always prefer LG is because I’ve had that TV for so long. I bought it in like 2008 and it still works perfect and its not really dated technology wise either, full HD and has all necessary inputs that you need. Since I’ve had that TV for so long I figure its ok for me to do something fun for myself and splurge a little bit a get a new set. So I’m going to use the old 42 inch for the new studio monitor. I just recently bought a new 65 inch, LG of course for my other workstation for the firestick and watching movies, entertainment and internet stuff. TVs are cheap nowadays and I bought the black Friday model it was only like 500 and something. Still it was a nice upgrade and addition to my workspace ultra-HD of course. The shows I’m watching right now are Obie Wan Kenobi and Night Sky. There are a few movies I want to talk about in another blog real soon. I look forward to getting to the point where I’m pumping out music daily.  I love making beats I would never stop doing it. Nothing puts my mind in the altered state of Flow quite like creating New Sounds. Music is my outlet to the world and the universal language. When I’m deep in the mist of layering a trak it can feel like I can leave this world behind and enter another dimension.
